Raise a glass to the arrival of summer with Harry’s new summer spritz menu, created in collaboration with St-Germain.
Launching on 4th July, this seasonal collection celebrates Italian aperitivo tradition, bringing together light cocktails designed for long afternoons and golden-hour evenings on the terrace. 

Inspired by the spirit of coastal Italy, the menu features a curated selection of spritzes and refreshing serves. Discover elegant twists such as the Harry’s Spritz comprised of St-German Elderflower, Harry’s limoncello, lime, Prosecco, Fever-Tree Apricot & grape soda, and the Portofino Sunset featuring St-German Elderflower, cherry, lemon, Prosecco, Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit soda, alongside the classic Hugo Spritz. Each cocktail is crafted with care, balancing premium ingredients with the unmistakable character of Harry’s. 

To mark the occasion, St-Germain pop-up bars will appear on the terraces at Knightsbridge and Covent Garden, creating a charming experience for guests to enjoy, capture and share throughout the season.
