Gift Card Postal Delivery

Physical gift cards are delivered via Royal Mail Second Class and typically arrive within 2–10 working days. For next-day delivery, please place your order before 10:30am using Royal Mail Special Delivery. For updates on the delivery status, please visit Royal Mail Tracking and submit your tracking number.

£100 for £75 Gift Voucher

The £100 for £75 Gift Voucher offer is valid with the purchase of the promotional monetary gift card with the value of £75 named “£75 Gift Card – Spend £75, Get £100 Offer”. The £75 gift voucher and £25 complimentary dining credit is valid for redemption until 31st August only. This voucher is not available as a postal voucher, and only one offer can be purchased at a time. The voucher can be redeemed across all The Ivy Collection, including The Ivy, The Ivy Asia, Brasserie of Light and Harry’s (excludes The Original Ivy, West Street, The Ivy Dawson Street, Dublin and The Ivy Asia Dublin), and does not require a reservation to redeem. Vouchers may be used in restaurants for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner or for private dining bookings. The voucher must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant, either physically or digitally on a smartphone. The voucher is active 24 hours after purchase. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated validity period. Gift vouchers are not for resale. Restaurants reserve the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Vouchers may be used for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in any of our private dining rooms. The voucher must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant either physically or digitally on a smartphone. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated 12 month validity period. Gift vouchers are not for re-sale.
